How do I get a Fresco Canopy?

Call us on (09) 443 3414 and one of our sales reps will visit your home or workplace for a free, no obligation quote*.    Our reps will look at your situation, measure the space and advise how best to proceed.  They will show you some fabric samples and steel colours, and discuss side screen options.  Within a few days we will come back to you with a quote. 

Once this is accepted, we will invoice you for 50% of the cost of the canopy, and start to create your canopy.  We usually require about 3 weeks from the receipt of your deposit to make the shade, at which point we will contact you to arrange an install date and time.  Note that if you are wanting side screens, these are made after the main canopy is installed (so that accurate on site measurements can be made).  Side screens usually take about one week to make and install.

Our Guarantee

Roof cover Fabric:

Our architectural PVC fabric is guaranteed for 5 years against:
• Loss of tensile strength by more than 10%
• Loss of flexibility that results in cracking or ripping
• Other material faults that render the fabric unusable
A further 5 years warranty is provided against loss of water proofing.
Specific exclusion: damage caused by cyclones, earthquakes, or severe storms.

Clear PVC Curtains

Our clear curtains have a two year guarantee against crazing, cracking and dis-colouration that is a direct result of UV exposure. Note our cleaning instructions – we do not cover situations where the PVC has been rolled up wet and left a cloudy look to the curtain.

Frame

All steel frames carry a 5 year guarantee against rusting and mechanical failure
Specific Exclusions: oxidization of the powder coat finish. Storm damage.
